INTRODUCTION

I always thought that hamburgers are unhealthy and inedible, but when I

made up my mind to prepare my own beef patties recipe at home, I found

that nothing could stop me from enjoying the beauty and aftertaste of a

homemade hamburger bun.

THE RECIPE

1. 500g minced beef meat

2. ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt

3. 1 teaspoon onion powder

4. ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

5. ¼ teaspoon black pepper

6. ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

7. 1 ½ teaspoon mustard

8. 1 ½ tablespoon sugar free ketchup

9. ½ teaspoon paprika

10. 75g softened garlic butter

11. 1 large egg

12. 1 tablespoon golden flaxseed meal

13. 1 ½ tablespoon coconut flour

THE METHOD

STEP 1

Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

STEP 2

Divide into 16 equal balls. Press each beef ball in a mini burger mold to form a

flat hamburger ½ inch thick.

STEP 3

Set on a nylon paper on a plate then put plate in an airtight bag and store in

freezer for later use.

Preparing a Hamburger Bun

If you want to enjoy a hamburger bun, simply fry the beef burger patty on both

sides in a pan with little olive oil or butter. You can top it with 1 Gouda or Swiss

cheese slice. Get a low carb brown bread bun and divide it into two halves. On

one side put sugar free ketchup and homemade mayonnaise (recipe will be

posted on site), then add some arugula leaves, a slice of tomato, a slice of red

onion then top it with the beef burger with cheese and cover it with the other

half of the bun. Bon Appetite!
